Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Understand client IT staffing needs, including technical skills, project timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Recruitment Strategy and Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in IT staffing.
  • Adjust recruitment strategies to align with industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Candidate Management

  • Identify, screen, and engage qualified IT professionals through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process, including discussing offers, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth placements.

Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with teams to streamline recruitment processes.
